CodeTracer is a free and robust tool to record and analyze a cardiac arrest event. Most specially, the logged actions are tracked visually on a novel, on-going timeline graph, showing the time information of several key performance indicators (e.g. time to first shock, CPR and drug administration) on the map. This app also reports total CPR time and its fraction of the entire event when the code ends.

Using this app, you are able to measure several quality indicators in a easy and intuitive way. The novel graphic presentation by this app also provides a quick insight into the causes of CPR interruptions and any deviation from ACLS protocol. This is particularly valuable for debriefing and continuous quality improvement of resuscitation care. The log files in your database can also be retrieved and visually compared in between different scenarios for educational purposes.
